
Vashti DuBois
Vashti DuBois is a multidisciplinary social practice artist, creative scholar, and seasoned institution-builder with over 30 years of experience in nonprofit and arts administration. As the founder and Executive Director of The Colored Girls Museum (TCGM) in Philadelphia, DuBois has pioneered the concept of the "memoir museum"—a unique cultural space that centers and celebrates the "ordinary" Black girl and woman.
