Dr. Jocelyn Russell Wallace is a Senior Professor at DeVry University and the Keller Graduate School of Management in Philadelphia. She has also taught at the University of D.C., the University of Pennsylvania, Arcadia University, Liberty University, and West Chester University of PA.
